Learners will receive slides, workbooks, examples, and resources to guide participants through this training. There are exercises, and learners choose their own case study from a project they are currently working on, or are going to work on in the future.

This provides participants with the opportunity to learn directly from an experienced project delivery professional who brings real-world knowledge and practical experience into the classroom.
