Leadmark Project Delivery offers practical, in-person project training designed to help professionals build the skills, tools, and confidence needed to successfully deliver projects. This training emphasizes real-world application rather than theory, giving participants opportunities to work through relevant project scenarios, collaborate with others, and apply project delivery techniques directly to their work.

Practical Reusable Tools & Coaching

Participants are asked to bring a project to use as a case study to the course. The project can be one they worked on in the past, one they are working on now, or one they will be working on in the future. Participants are provided practical, easy to use workbooks, templates, examples, tools and techniques they will learn through exercises during the course, and can apply again and again after the course.
