After taking this course, participants will be able to plan and execute business projects more effectively by:

  • Positively and proactively engaging leadership and project team members to establish and maintain alignment and accountability.

  • Implementing simple and efficient processes to monitor execution, communicate progress / issues/concerns, and taking corrective action when necessary.

  • Module 1 – Introduction

  • Module 2 – Project Fundamentals

  • Module 3 – Stage 1: First draft of your plan.

  • Module 4 – Stage 2: Select the best options; Second draft of your plan

  • Module 5 – Stage 3: Finalize your plan and Set-up for Stage 4: Execution

Note: Participants will use a real project they have worked on, are currently working on, or will be working on in the future, as a case study for the many exercises used to reinforce learnings throughout the course.  Participants are provided with and will learn how to use easy-to-apply workbooks, templates and examples they can use again and again open future projects after the course.
